If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- Your request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging when possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items damaged through misuse or improper installation
Return Process
To start a return, email care@shopluvena.com with:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- A brief description of the issue
If your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
